**$250 Deposit applies to book all rentals. Deposit will be refunded AFTER your event & after a board member/ice maker has determined there is no damages or excessive cleaning required. No outside drinks permitted....we have a fully stocked lounge w/snacks ie.popcorn, chips etc.
